The Texas Sunset Advisory Commission (TSAC) decision hearing on the Texas Board of Professional Geoscientists (TBPG) will probably be held on November 14, 2018.  I’ll let you know the full details when they become available.  The first modification vote to the TBPG will be to abolish it or not.  If they vote not to abolish it, they will go from there on modifications submitted by committee members.  These modifications aren’t currently available.  No public testimony is allowed during the modification votes, so if you haven’t spoken or written to your representative, you should do so by the end of this week.  If you don’t know who they are, or how to get in touch with them, go to:  https://www.txgeoscience.org/volunteer/
