Statement
I am pleased to have been nominated again for the office of
Secretary of the Houston Geological Society, and I would
be honored to also serve as a member of the AAPG House of
Delegates. I hope to serve as keen presence during HGS events
and meetings. As a young member of both the Geologic and Oil &
Gas communities, I believe that the Houston Geological Society
plays an important role by acting as a networking organization,
providing resources for unemployed members during downturns,
as well affording youth the opportunity to learn more about
geological sciences. I hope to increase awareness of the amazing
work that is done by the society. It is an honor to be a part of this
organization.
