Why the conference name change? GCAGS is built on a longstanding reputation as a comprehensive resource for traditional and innovative scientific content. What it needs is a cool name. So, the Gulf Coast Association of Geological Sciences (GCAGS) Annual Convention is now the GeoGulf conference. With the new name comes the same trusted commitment to providing the wide spectrum of geoscience professionals with unrivaled access to new research, curated technical content and cutting-edge education on the topics of interest and value to the field.
GeoGulf is one of the most affordably priced conferences available. Students will be able to register at low prices, and the short course and field trips are all in everybody’s price range.
It's well worth it to book several events as continuing education, either as a resume builder, or a networking opportunity, expanding your knowledge and contacts in the oil and gas industry.
