Volunteer for our next HGS Day at the Museum!
Join us for the annual Family Earth Science Festival at the Houston Museum of Natural Science's Weiss Energy Hall. You can volunteer to help with a station on our energy passport route, doing a hands-on demonstrations or a special presentations.
Families can volunteer together, as long as there is an adult for each child and everyone under 18 remains under supervision at all times. Groups can volunteer together -- email with a list of names and what you would like to do.
Anyone who attends the Museums that day an participate in the Earth Science Week activities for no
additional fee, just the
price of regular admission to the Houston Museum of Natural Science.Scouts
of all kinds and ages can register for special activities and an
activity badge (fee) or just do the public activities for free.
We will have an opening ceremony at the entrance to Weiss Energy Hall at 1:00pm. Please join us as a visitor or a volunteer, and bring your family and friends!
