CVGs -

Dinosaurs:  Ancient Fossils, New Discoveries  opens on at the Houston Museum of Natural Science on March 10th.  If you would like to volunteer for this exciting geoscience exhibit, join us for a training session and walk-though this Saturday, 9-11am.

RSVP, acceptances only, to Karen Fritz, kfritz@hmns.org

Go to the Volunteer Office to check in.  The actual room number will be posted on the door.

Immediately after this event, Elena Arroyo will lead the first weekend touchcart session for one of the other new exhibits, "The Royal Tombs of Ur".  The Sumerians used a wealth of mineral materials and exploited natural oil seeps for bitumen, so you can count on being able to use your geologic expertise as an interpreter here.
