General Meeting Information and Reservations

You can make a reservation for an HGS event by email from here.

Click on the Reservations icon below.
Put the name of the event in the "Subject" line of the email form.
Be sure to include the name and a contact telephone number for every person for whom you are making a reservation for.
HGS members are requested to provide their HGS member number.

You can also make a reservation for an HGS event by phone using the HGS Voice Mail System (713) 463-8920.

Note: The automated phone reservation system in not available at this time due to a hard disk failure.

Note: On January 1, 2003, HGS Lunch meal prices increased $3 due to higher cost charged by the Petroleum Club for food service. Prices may change without notice. Emeritus members pay one-half price.
