Bulletin Advertising Information
The Houston Geological Society appreciates the support of our Bulletin
advertisers, without which it would not be possible to maintain our
award-winning publication.
Bulletins are published on the first of the month - September through June.
Circulation is approximately 4,500 members. Ads must be received no later
than six weeks prior to the starting month.
The Bulletin is printed digitally using QuarkXPress. We no longer use negatives or camera-ready advertising
material. Call the HGS office for availability of ad space and for digital guidelines and necessary forms or email to
ads@hgs.org . Advertising is accepted on a space-available basis. Submit new ads or renewals by the 15th of the
month, 6 weeks before issue publication.

An Excel format file (30K) available for download. (Note: The Excel file was
created using Excel Version 97 SR-1 Office 97).
- A text file to view or print
- If you are unable to open the Excel or text file, contact the HGS office and
they will fax you a copy.
- Send an email to Annette in the HGS Office.
If you advertise in our Bulletin, we will list your company name for FREE
on our special "Supporter" web page. For $10 per month,
we will also link to your company Internet Home page from the special "Supporter"
page.
