Title: Staff Production Geologist (Permian Basin Experience)
Description: AmeriCo Energy Resources is in need of a staff production geologist for its Houston office. The successful candidate will have experience with the geology of the Permian Basin, and the ability to integrate seismic, electric logs and production data using software packages for mapping, volumetric calculations and log analysis. Familiarity with the drilling and completion practices of the Permian Basin is a plus. Required Experience: At least 10 years to 30 years practical geological experience including some in hard rocks.
Education Required: Bachelors Degree
Planned Duration of Employment: Full Time
Position reports to: VP Engineering & Exploration
