How to Add Information to the HGS Website
To learn more about adding articles and other information to the HGS Website, read below:
The HGS website will post material about events of other geo-societies at no charge. This can be an event, in our announcements section, or as an “article.”
If you want to post information on the HGS Website, follow the directions below.
The HGS Website is maintained using a database provided by Schipul, the Web Marketing Company. The database is named Tendenci.
Any registered user to the HGS Website can post information here. The process is straight forward but does require some practice to get efficient at it.
Attached in this article are some "how to" documents to help you add information to the Website. Click the links below to download a file with instructions:

Selected users have the ability to obtain data from the HGS Website. The links below provide instructions for these data downloads.
Download Membership Application Data
Generate, Edit and Send out an email Newsletter
Edit / Update the Upcoming Events section on Main Page.
