Description:
HGS’s 4th annual summer Technofest returns Thursday, July 20. This popular event allows vendors to exhibit their wares to interested parties in a low-key, casual setting at the Westchase Hilton.
Sponsored by the HGS Emerging Technology committee, Technofest vendors bring out their best and newest technology for the geoscience community. Vendor products in years past have included seismic interpretation software, specialty processing, digital well log libraries and analysis, reservoir and modeling software packages, data brokerage and management services and more.
Technofest had an attendance of over 500 last year. A buffet and cash bar are included in the inexpensive admission price. The exhibit hall will be open from 2-8 pm at the Westchase Hilton, 9999 Westheimer.
